Describe a memorable bike related moment?

I had been riding less than a year when I decided to do the Death Ride (123 miles/16,000 ft. climbing). Everyone including my husband teammate Roger thought I was crazy and thought I would do three passes at best. I managed to do all passes in 11 hours, 3 minutes! I have been crazy about cycling and racing ever since.

Anything else you would like to add?

I enjoy being a mountain biking mama.
